Customer Service Report
My customer service report was about a cracked face on a Titliest 975D driver. It was sent to the Achusnet Company in June and I have yet to have any response as to what is going on with the repair. I did call and they me that they were looking for a new head to put on it because they no longer make that head for retail sale. It has been a real hassle with the company that is supposed to be the benchmark in the business.
On June 23rd I sent a letter, accompanied with a driver, to the Achusnet Company. This driver was a 975D, one which the face had a crack in it. When I first talked to the customer service department they told me it would be no problem to fix the problem and they would require no charge for the repair. I was pleasantly surprised with their positive response to this situation. Unfortunately I waited 3 months and there was no response from the company. I again phoned them and asked them for a progress report on the driver...
