Observational Essay
"Mario"
There is a man that not a whole lot of people know but those who have the privilege of knowing him or working with him usually like him. Mike is a store manager for Imo's and I happen to work at the particular store he manages. A lot of people like to joke around and call Mike, "Mario". Now that is funny because he just your typical laid back little Italian guy that everyone likes to joke around with, but he is also a really smart manager who knows exactly how to get anything he wants out of his workers.
From the second a person talks to Mike they know that they are going to like him. He goes out of his way to please the customers. I see him making pizzas for people he knows all the time just because they know he makes a perfect pizza and they know he will make it exactly how they like it if they ask him.
