Have you ever seen old men and women that are bent over when they walk? Or do you have grandparents that are strong and active in their elderly age? One of the biggest differences between feable men and women and strong ones is the foods and nutrition they received when they were young. What children eat when they are young will affect what they eat when they are older; which will determine their healthiness. Therefore, start feeding your kids healthy foods: fruits, vegtables, and milk, while staying away from the junk foods of chips, candy bars, and sweets. Not that sweets and junk food should never be consumed, but the healthy, nutricious foods should be eaten before the unhealthy snacks. Make your kids grow into strong, healthy adults, due to good eating habits; not weak, feable, or obese adults due to poor eating.
First off we should define what is considered as "healthy eating" for children. Children need whole grains, fresh fruits, and fresh vegetables. They also need a source of calcium for their growing bones...
