There are several controversial issues in the world today that are arguable to society. One of those issues is the one which concerns the drug war in America. Many have argued that the American government has wasted a significant amount of money towards the so called drug war. Others disagree and believe that the drug war is a success in progress. This issue has brought an argument of whether drugs shall continue to be illegal in America, or if the government will legalize drugs. There is a significant amount of statistics supporting the pro side of this argument which is for legalizing drugs. The con side of the argument which supports keeping drugs illegal also have strong feelings about their point of view.
The pro side of the argument is in favor of legalizing drugs in the United States of America. The pro side believes that the drug war is an impossible war to win. the money spent by the government, corruption of police, crime rates, availability of drugs are all down falls of this so called war...
