The Lamb, and The Tyger, two poems composed during the English Romantic period, were written by William Blake. I have taken both poems and juxtaposed them. They are different in their tone and nature, but similar in the major aspect of religion, depending on how you look at it. Each poem surrounds it in two opposing forces : Good Vs. Evil. The lamb represents good; the Tyger represents evil. Each poem is different, yet in the smallest and most visible way, the same.
Religion is the visible connection between the two poems. Both in The Lamb, and in The Tyger, Religion is the foundation that both poems are based on. In The Lamb, the little lamb is asked, "Who made thee?..
