Focal Segmental Glomerular Sclerosis

Once there was a girl named Rachel Jones. She was born in the Carribean island of Antigua but ended up in New York City. She married and had a baby boy named Jeremy who ended up at a private boarding school through his own ambition. Jeremy moved to live in upstate New York at Darrow school which was about a three hour drive from the Bronx where he grew up. Although Jeremy had a tough time with the transition his mother stayed in close touch with her son in need. He soon was becoming the bright young mind he was intended to be even though he remained a city boy. Someone by the name of Mary whose husband was a teacher at Darrow school picked Jeremy up at the train station in Albany one day. This was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Mary and her family opened up their home and their hearts to the Jones’.
