Introduction
This essays main aspiration is to discuss and critically analyse the process of creating and managing a new venture. Issues such as the initial business idea, the entrepreneur, the opportunity and innovation will be looked at carefully.
As everyone who has attempted to start up a business from scratch knows, the process is not exactly the most straight forward one. There are many challenges that must be faced throughout the creation and management of their inspired idea. Many of these challenges have different solutions to them depending on what type of person you are and what you are actually trying to achieve from your venture.

The individual must contemplate the following even before the idea has been created.
Reward Vs Risk
One of the most single single toughest questions an entrepreneur must ask himself is that if he is willing to take the risk of failure to succeed a reward. This reward can come in different forms depending on wether the individual is in business for purely the enjoyment or for financial reasons. No matter the type of outcome their looking to achieve from their venture the business must generate enough sales to either pay all its expenses or pay all its expenses and provide a decent reward.
