The public policy issues that I was told by Ms. Bonilla that most affected Johnson & Johnson for the past 5 to 10 years are listed below in order of importance.
Environment
Johnson & Johnson is committed to environmental excellence through their policies, instilling high environmental values in all employees, utilizing the best environmental practices in all products sold by the operating companies and contributing to global sustainable development. The Environmental, Health and Safety Sustainability Report outlines a number of the ways the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies works to protect the environment.

Health & Safety
I was told that Johnson & Johnson has recently partnered with the US Department of Labors Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to help reduce ergonomics injuries in the workplace. ...
