Elijah and Elisha
The story begins with Elijah getting called up to be a defendant of the faith. The first thing that Elijah does is he puts a curse on Israel. He tells King Ahab that for the next few years there would be no rain except by Gods word through him. This obviously ticks of Ahab so God tells Elijah to leave. God sends him to the Kerith Ravine where he would drink from the brook and the ravens would bring him bread and meat in the morning and evening. So the first thing Elijah does is ticks of his king and goes into hiding.
After an un-given time the brook at Kerith dries up, so God sends Elijah to Zarephath of Sidon where he would find a widow who would supply him with food. He gets there and the widow has only a jar of flour and a little oil in a jug, He tells her that if she gives him food the Lord will not let her run out of flour and oil till there is rain in the land. She feeds him and the Lord keeps Elijah's words true. Later in Elijah's stay the widow's son falls ill...
