On September 11, 2001, history was made in the United States in a way that would affect the entire country. War came to the United States in the form of terrorist attacks on innocent civilians. Hijackers crashed four planes, American flight #11, American flight #77, United flight #175, and United flight # 93, into the two towers of the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and into an empty field in Pennsylvania.
