Philosophy of Coaching
Coaching is not just about teaching a game, it's about connecting with the people you teach and helping them reach their goals. Coaches are not doing what they do for the money they are there because they love what they do and want to see other people succeed. The philosophy of coaching is not just teaching the fundamentals of the game but reaching the lives of other people.
Coaches put a lot of time and effort into what they do. They want to win of course, but not only that they want to see not only you but the whole team work together and win as a team. There are many teaching methods but the biggest one is there is no "I" in team. If a you do not work as a team you cannot be the best. Coaches are very passionate about what they do, they love to help others and watch them do what they are taught. Many coaches love to get close to there team because they believe it helps a team grow. Most kids when younger look at there coaches as a mentor and not only guide them on the field but also help them with personal issues...
