Introduction Work requires communication. People communicate to plan products and services. For many businesses, the “product” is information or a service rather than something physical. They are created and then delivered by communication. In every organization, communication is the way people get there points across, get work done, and get recognized for their contributions. There are 2 kinds of communications: verbal communication, which is the communication, requires using words, and non-verbal communication, which do not use words during communication, e.g. pictures and diagrams. Business communication is very much different from standard communication which is used in the daily life.
