Legalisation of Marijuana.
The legalisation of marijuana will reduce crime narcotic drug use and create a better society. Marijuana's effect on society is greatly over exaggerated, and that marijuana acts as a scapegoat for many of society's problems. Marijuana is blamed today for being a gateway drug this means that consumption of marijuana will lead to use of narcotic drugs. This clam has never been proven, the only ground for it is that marijuana is a more wide spread and more sampled drug. The only gateway it is for me, is a gateway to Macdonald's.
However, it should be remembered that a heavy tobacco smoker consumes much more tobacco then a heavy marijuana smoker consumes marijuana. This is because smoked tobacco, with a 90% addiction rate is the most addictive of all drugs, while marijuana is less addictive then caffeine.
I do not believe that all persons should use this "drug" because, it must be used responsibly. Which is one thing I pride myself on, I have heard of many people trying many substances including LSD and cocaine but I will not do these because they make you loose control...
