My purpose in this assignment is to identify three problems within my organization that needed special attention for management. Problems that my immediate supervisor has the authority to change. The goal is to study the problem and all the reasonable options, then recommend the best course of action to take. Throughout this study I'll also document the interfacing between management and myself. There's no such thing as a problem-free work environment, so it is important to focus on problems that could effect the cohesiveness within the organization. Sometimes we tend to direct all of our energy concentration on ways to solve small things that always seem to work themselves out. After finding a potential problem it is always a good idea to determine the root cause. This can be very beneficial when making a recommendation that would solve the problem. You will find it easier to make a decision when you have knowledge of all the facts.
After assessing the harmony of my organization, I discovered three potential problems that need immediate attention...
