Karma, an ancient Hindu Concept, was created by the Hindus, hundreds of years ago. This useful concept was and still is a way that people live their lives. Karma can mean many different things to many different people. Because there is such a wide range of definitions it makes it simple for a person to live by the rules of Karma. A quick explanation of Karma is that it is action and the seemingly endless chain of cause and effect that goes along with almost all action. In Physics, Sir Isaac Newton said that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. In metaphysics, Karma says that no matter how insignificant a mental, physical, or emotional act is, it is projected out into the psychic mind and eventually returns to the individual with equal impact (Karma and Reincarnation2). Karma is a difficult concept to understand and live by but the rewards far out weigh the hardship of understanding and practicing it.
With Karma you have a conscience, or higher self. This conscience is the thing inside of you that tells you what to do and what not to do...
