Papa John's Pizza will not sacrifice the quality of its pizza or the safety of its team members in order to make a deadline, regardless of other pizza companies that deliver. Because they are constantly striving to maintain their quality standards and people believe that Papa John's pizza is the best on the market today because after all "better ingredients makes better pizzas".
Company Background
In 1983, 22 year old John Schnatter, founder of Papa John's, installed a pizza oven in his father's tavern in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He then began delivering pizza out of the back of the bar. From the start, John believed he could make a better, traditional pizza by using fresh dough and top quality ingredients. This commitment to quality has been a great success and Papa John's is now the third largest Pizza Company in the United States. Papa John's opened over 400 stores in 1999 and as of June 29, 2003, Papa John's had 2,797 restaurants in America alone. Papa John's also franchises 141 Perfect Pizza restaurants in the United Kingdom.
