Everyone needs a leader. Someone to guide them, inspire them and show them the way. Most people in this world are followers. We imitate peoples, actions, beliefs and even fashions. It takes a special type of person to be a leader. A leader must be fair, articulate and most importantly, they must have the ability to make others want to follow them.
To be fair can be defined as: "Having or exhibiting a disposition that is free of favoritism or bias; impartial." A good leader must be just and reasonable. He/she must treat all of their followers or faction the same, showing no favoritism. Teachers can be seen as leaders for their students...
