Freedom is the foundation for American culture. All the international students I interviewed have the same agreement. Americans who respect the rights of other Citizens are free to work, play, worship, travel, and live as they please. American High School students are free to dress for school, any kinds of fashion or hair styles you will able to see. In most of Asian countries, including my own, high school students require to wear uniforms. American students are free to choose classes and majors. Compare to other countries, China, Turkey, India; we are not able to choose classes until College, all of the courses in high schools are required, and there are no options. One of the students from Turkey has mentioned, talks about your disagreement on political issues in public, is considered as against your own government in his country. But in American, you are free to talk about everything. This is American Culture, you are free to choose your lifestyles, your goals, and even your leaders of this country...
