Napping
Almost every day after work or just after lunch I take a well deserved nap. Napping may sound childish or lazy but taking a nap is a great way to reenergize yourself and help keep you alert for the rest of the day. There are all sorts of people that believe that napping is just plain out lazy and that a person should either find something productive to do or just get more sleep at night. They just don't understand that it has nothing to do with laziness or lack of sleep, but that of good health habits.
When I arrive at home every day I am completely drained of energy from the day. Between work and school, by the time I get home I am so tired that there would be no way for me to do anything that evening, unless I regained some energy. There is almost nothing better than the refreshing feeling that I get from a great nap. I like to nap as often as I can so that I have the energy to stay up late if I am doing something with my friends or just sometimes because I have nothing better to do.
Now I know what you may be saying, "What the heck is he talking about? He has really got to be a lazy bum if all he does is sleep all the time...
