(First Amendment Essay)
Even though the First Amendment of the United States Constitution seems to guarantee to everyone the freedom of speech, of religion, of the press, and the right of assembly, those rights do have limits. ... The Supreme Court found the student’s statements to be “substantially disruptive” and not protected by the First Amendment.
The First Amendment also protects the freedom of the press but that is limited too because newspapers can’t print whatever they want.
