"Begun the clone wars have." Yoda states at the end of Attack of the Clones, and it holds true in our world as well as the Star Wars world. Did Mr. Lucas have an epiphany? At least the clone debates have begun.
Griswold v. Connecticut grants the right to privacy and is extended to reproductive privacy in Eisenstadt v. Baird. This case states "If the right to privacy means anything, it is the right of the individual, married or single, to be free from unwarranted governmental intrusion into matters so affecting a person as the decision to bear or beget a child". In this wording reproduction privacy would mean sexual reproduction and not any type human DNA replication...
