SERVICE LEARNING REPORT
INSTRUCTIONS
The purpose of this report is to provide a useful overview and constructive assessment of the agency or organization that you volunteered to work for.
The assessment should be developed through a combination of first-hand observation and informal researchconversations with relevant people, and when applicable, examination of relevant "literature" and documents (be sure to identify sources in your report).
The assessment should focus on the value, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the service(s) provided.
Length: Approximately 3 to 6 pages.
Presentation Style: Follow the format outlined below. A binder is not necessary, but neatness and readability are paramount. Make the writing accessible and appealing to the eye by using adequate spacing and block paragraphs. Make the paragraphs as concise and unified as possible.
