The Grip:
Fingers on top of ball some what close together.
Fingers preferably across wide seams.
Ball should be out and away from the meat of the hand.
Hand position for maximum strength on ball:
Rotate hand out and away from the body. This helps lift the elbow.
Fingers on top of the ball.
Throw ball so that there is back spin. Back spin will insure an accurate throw.
