Since I came in Wichita, Kansas, I have seen and learned a lot of things about American Culture. Especially at school, they taught me about the way Americans study, work and date. These are very interesting and surprising to me. From what I have learned and have seen from my friends around, I have found out there are many differences in how people meet and date between America and in my town, Vietnam.
As everyone around the world knows, the USA is the wealthiest and most civilization country, which is the reason immigrants come and settle here. But, the ways people meet and date in the US is different from the ways people meet and date in Vietnam. First of all, the way Americans meet their dates is different. They hang around and meet each other at their friends' parties, at work place, at school, clubs, on the internet, and some other public places. But their relationship does not last for long, and they don't want to spend much time to understand each other in depth. Also they begin dating as teenagers in high school, which involves going to the movies, eating, and doing some other activities...
