The term "primary or general" objective of the project management application software system is a little too ambiguous in its inability to provide a complex and deeper understanding into the logical workings and specified functionalities of the application software system.(Project Management Demystified: Today's Tools & Techniques by Geoff Reiss).
Separate individual aims as discussed above have been identified from the design element in the early/initial phases of the project. These are to be used as a basis platform whereby project planning and designing will make use of these aims as a "template" so that the required objectives may be met and step by step model construction can be initialized for the system based upon these objective criteria. It is absolutely imperative that the various objectives (stated below) be satisfied if the program is to complete a high quality product for any generic client who wishes to implement the software, however complete effort will be made in order to make sure that the prototype will satisfy at least 70% of the client's expectation.
1. To develop Project Phase(s) and Task(s) deadline tracking method.
Meaning - visual recognition method of specific deadline dates applicable to Project and respective Phase(s) and Task(s) of that particular project as well as its applicable deadline times.
This objective of the project management system will be satisfied by making use of alert messages that appear on the System Administrators and Project Manager's console informing them with the appropriate details concerning the absence or inability of an employee to complete his or her respective task for the day/week/month, however small that task may be (a small task may still play just as vital a role in the sub-phases of completing a project as that of a large or lengthy task(s)). The alert message is sent to all of these staff members to make absolutely certain that at least one member of staff is made aware of the potential problem as soon as humanly possible in order to be able to tackle the highlighted problem before it has a chance to manifest itself and disrupt the flow of project progress within the company...
