The young stars of some sporting teams have been caught up in rape and harassment allegations.
Each day the lists have been growing longer with people being accused of these crimes,
In fact the police have now announced that they are reopening the allegations going back 5 years.
This announcement would indicate that the allegations were not taken seriously enough at the time.
The assistant commissioner, Simon Overland said police wanted to ensure that past cases had been handled appropriately and that they should just learn from their own mistakes.
But obviously this isn't the case, when more and more allegations are being made.
Investigations like these are difficult to investigate, difficult to prosecute and difficult for the victims...
