"CHILD SUPPORT"
Many kids today are being neglected from child support. I strongly believe that all kids deserve support whether it is from the mother or father.
In society today too many kids are going without the love and support from whichever parent. Single mothers and single fathers, whoever is the custodial parent of the child or children, needs the support from the absent parent.
With the rising cost of living in society today makes it very hard for a single working parent to care for the child. A single working parent on the average perspective only makes a little above minimum wage, which averages out to be about a $300 pay check a week.
Kids need; Clothes, foot wear, food, medical expenses, daycare expenses, their personal hygiene units, help with expenses for any activities that they may be involved with in school, also their Christmas and birthdays.
the fact that the custodial parent is asking for too much money some absent parents may argue , but it's up to the judge to determine the amount of money to be paid to the custodial parent.
There are strict laws that are there for the protection of our kids. Such as: In certain states if a man or woman is ordered to pay child support, then they may be given 30 days to pay, if it is not paid within that time frame, then their driver's license could be taken...
