Analects of Confucius and the Bible

       Though uniquely different, all religions have their similarities, or what I like to call their
  
  universal truths. In this case, I deem it of importance to relate the truths of Confucianism and
  
  Christianity. In Christianity, the Bible is the written testament of the acceptable and non permitted
  
  ways of living . In the philosophical religion of Confucianism, The Analects is the mode of the
  
  itinerary of dos and don'ts for those interesting in following the school of thought entertained in
  
  the teachings of Confucianism. The Analects do not say anywhere that Confucius discussed
  
  philosophical principles or detailed regulations for a way of life. The Analects gives insight into
  
  the wisdom of Great Master Kong. Throughout both texts are lots of thought provoking and
  
  compelling sayings. The interesting thing about the two texts is that though different they have
  
  some ideologies that are quite similar.     
  
       The Analects were written from the followers of Confucius. They wrote down what they
  
  had heard from Confucius...
