Leader Paper-Mel Gibson
When we think of leaders many names come to mind. ... Gibson’s vision and purpose making this movie, The Passion of the Christ, I am convinced he meets every qualification as an effective leader.
Houghton Mifflin Company defines a leader as someone who has power and influence over others. In our coursework we have identified a leader as someone who creates changes and inspires someone who has solid values and someone with a specific goal and a plan of action which to accomplish that goal. And finally, we know that a leader has a deep understanding of people and uses that knowledge to “point people” in the right direction, Gibson fits this well.
