Strengths
There are many strengths of the new company-Cuts n' Trucks, a haircut salon organization expanding their service to various Colorado universities (CSU, CU, and DU). The organization is extremely organized and everyone plays a specialized part in the production of the final result. Every member of the group is flexible to meet at any hour to support the other members, however busy they may be. For instance Sakina Khan, President of the Cuts n' Trucks, provides leadership, authority, and teamwork in the work atmosphere for Cuts n' Trucks. The group behind Cuts n' Trucks is friendly and gets along with each other-and finds it easy to get along with other associations and people who are helpful to the creation of the product. Punctuality is important to each member, as there is usually another meeting to rush to after the Cuts n' Trucks meeting is through. Getting work done on time for a grade in the class is crucial to the members as well, as it may affect the entire group grade. Attending class is another key point which members do not find to be all that troubling. Cuts n' Trucks will be ahead on the experience curve, because of the experience and time that each of the group has spent in the cities of Colorado, as well as more extensive research on college campuses.
