Abortion has always been one of the most controversial topics here in the United States. People are debating the legal rights of women to have an abortion. ... Deciding to have an abortion is not an easy decision, but women have been making that decision for thousands of years. Since abortion has been legalized since 1973 in the decision of Roe V. Wade, I feel that abortion should continue to be legalized to women’s right. ... Secondly, I will talk about the connection of women’s health to abortion, whether having abortion will jeopardize their health. Thirdly, I want to talk about of what you can gain from abortion. Happiness, economy status, freedom, and many other things are things that women can gain from having an abortion. ... That means, if these rights are taken away by making abortion illegal, then we are taking and invading the constitutional right from women.
Now that we have talk about of how we can invade the constitutional rights of women by taking the options of abortions, lets take a look of how will abortion will and will not jeopardized their health and lives.
