Week One
I had just been transferred from doing Expediting to my new position as a Batch Control person. I was not too happy about this move because I was used to my former position, plus I was going to be making the same amount of money even though the new position had more responsibility. I was more angry because I was not consulted on the new position. I came to work one morning and was told by the supervisor that I was to be responsible for batch control since the guy responsible for batch control just quite his job. The only thing that crossed my mind was how badly workers were being treated and I said to myself that it serves them right. I also said to myself some day, I will also be running away in the same way. The week was tedious and I could not wait for Friday to come.
Week Two
