Recycling is a process used to cut down on garbage build up in land fills which are becoming scarce. Recycling is designed to collect, process, remanufacture, and reuse materials instead of throwing them away. This process helps reduce the pollution that may result from waste disposal. Some communities and state laws require road side recycling where one separates trash form paper and plastic and leaves the recyclables next to the trash can. There are many differences when recycling paper and plastic. The effects of making paper and plastic can be a headache on the environment, but recycling also has good effects.
One may develop an income collecting and selling paper to recycling centers. The prices being paid for paper by the recycling centers depends on supply and demand.
