MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT ISLAM
There are many misconceptions regarding the Islamic Faith, since most of us don’t tell others what we really know or the facts about Islam. There are three major misconceptions that Christianity relates to the Islamic beliefs. The word Islam means peace and submission to the wills of God, and Muslims are those who submit to the wills of God and obey His commandments no matter how small it is. ... The fact is that when we talk about the creator and the sustainer of the universe, that God is the same God, the God Muslims worship is the creator and the sustainer of the universe. ... Whether you call God Jehovah, or Homonym in Korean, as long as you’re talking about the creator and the sustainer of the universe. Then we’re essentially talking about the same God. ... Perhaps we can see the Arabic word “Islam” describes the same manner and behavior of all the prophets of God from Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael, Solomon, David, Jacob, Moses, John the Baptist, Jesus the son of Marry, and Mohamed (peace be upon all of them). ... However in the case of Islam, the prophet is considered as a human being who received a revolution and revealed that revolution, and the seal of all the previous prophets which is the limit of his role as a human being. ... Muslims are required to believe in Jesus and all the prophets of God, the believing of the prophets are fundamental believes in Islam.
