Biography of Louis Vuitton
Louis Vuitton was born in Anchay, in the Jura Mountains in 1821. When he was fourteen years old he went to Paris on foot. After a few years of trading, he arrived in Paris in 1837 and got a job as a packing-case maker. His visionary approached in his designing luggage was unrivaled during his days. This became known as the Famous Wardrobe, the first piece of furniture used for traveling. Success was overwhelming, but with the same result: more counterfeit copies.
