Dear Ms. Mohr
I am in receipt of your letter dated October 24, 2002 to the Office of the Attorney General and in responding to such. As I stated on your last visit of July 31, 2002 to my center you paid $345.00 for a three week 21 day diet. Your program consisted of $210.00 for your weight loss program/product and $135.00 for three weeks of diet counseling. As I stated at that time you would be given a refund of $172.50 which was half the money you paid for your program which I believe was fair. Also as I stated we do not refund for products taken out of our center...
