characterization

Mrs. Montrose is tall, slight and fair. She was dressed with dark elegance. She wore a small hat that she thought made her look smart, suitable and becoming. She is fond of art, music and history. She enjoys travelling and visiting foreign museums and likes to learn about her country and world. She is very polite to everyone except for some exceptions, for example, like when she is in a way mocking the German man in the story. She reacts politely and well mannered. She thinks well thoughts and is well organized about what she is going to do and has done.
