Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I wake up at 6:00 every day in my home in Morgan Hill, California. I start off my morning traveling at high speeds, dodging old ladies and tired red cars on my way to school. I drive forty-five minutes each way, but this seems like a small sacrifice when I consider the big picture: my future. Miss Stewart was an evil math teacher and unfortunately, I was stuck in her Algebra 2 class last year. As I attended her class each day, my body would fall into the mechanical state of an android, and I would mindlessly commence with class. As my mind wandered, I began thinking of my work ethic and wondering why I was so bored. My lack of participation made me realize that motivation was the missing factor in my education. I began to understand that I needed to be challenged in order to get the most out of my high school years.
