My Educational Philosophy

  All children can learn. This is my philosophy summed up in four easy words. I believe that children are the future, and without a good role model they will not see what life is about. A good teacher should be someone who respects and cares about his or her students and guides them through difficult and challenging times. Teachers should set goals for themselves as well as their students, and then help them succeed in them.
  Being a prepared teacher is one of the most important concepts. Teachers should get to know their students as soon as possible. My goal is to learn my student's names before the first day of school. I want to be able to see them the first day and call them by name. This will help them feel that they are important and that I want them in my classroom...
