	Compressor/Decompressor, or CoDec, is something you need to play AVI files. When the clip was encoded some sort of codec was used and you need the same codec in order to be able to view the clip. The most common codecs are available here for direct download. I strongly suggest you download and install all of them. You WILL need them sooner or later anyway! Just to be on the safe side and avoid any complications, install each codec indivudually with a reboot between each installation. NOTE: The reason why you can't play a certain AVI file might not be codec related! Approximate Word count = 358 Approximate Pages = 1.4 (250 words per page double spaced)
