When we come into the society after graduating from the school, when we begin to feed ourselves willingly or unwillingly, we will face to one same problem-how to find an ideal job? In the old days, it seemed so simple-just to make both ends meet. Nowadays, the job is not only one kind of living means but also the sincere friend which will accompany us for a long time or a stage for showing your outstanding capacity. So another problem emerges as the times require-how to choose the ideal job? If assimilating the companies to the pots, the big one is the big pot, others are smaller ones. At the same time, we can be assimilated to the fishes. To be a small fish in a big pot or to be a big fish in a small pot, which is your choice?
