Job Description:
First you have to clean the tire. Hold open the bead beaker, role the tire/rim
into the beaker area. Ensure that the tire/rim assembly is flat against the
rubber breaker pads on the side of the machine. Now activate the bead breaker
pedal. As soon as the bead dislodges from the rim, release the breaker foot
pedal. It may be necessary to rotate the tire 90 degrees and repeat the above
procedure to dislodge all beads.
Set the rim clamps to the proper position: retract clamps to the clamp wheel
from the outside and expand clamps to clam from the inside.
Liberally lubricate both beads. Place the wheel with drop centre up on
turntable, and clamp in position...
