A Guide to Muscle Improvement We have all wanted to be strong and have muscular strength. On the days you are unable to lift weights you will be running to increase cardiovascular fitness. Well in this essay there is an easy guide to help you to be strong and to build up your strength and cardiovascular fitness. In the paragraphs to come you will learn how F.I.T. (frequency, intensity and time) and The Principles of Training (overload, Specificity, and progression) can help you improve what muscular strength you already have, and turn it into some bulk. I will also be talking about the 28-day calendar and what you will do on the average day. In the next few lines you will be learning about F.I.T. and The Principles of Training. What is F.I.T.? Well F.I.T. correlates with The Principles of Training. You can apply Frequency, Intensity and Time to any of the Principles of Training. For example I can intensify the overload Principle of Training by adding more weight to the exercise you will be doing.
