Graffiti is simply the decoration of our cities. Like or dislike graffiti it is there and its going to make you think. Graffiti is thought provoking and weather you love it or hate it your emotional switch will be turned on.
Graffiti is art. Art is defined as The conscious production or arrangement of sounds, colors, forms, movements, or other elements in a manner that affects the sense of beauty. when I look at a slab of white concrete there is no emotion no thought process I have no feeling towards that wall. Because that's all it really is. A wall. An upright structure of masonry, wood, plaster, or other building material serving to enclose, divide, or protect an area. But when a wall has been quote unquote vandalized then and only then will that slab of concrete be not only a barrier, from what I don't know, but it is now a mural or piece of art...
