... This sheet documents any changes made to the original Visual Basic.NET program (ver. ... 0 MKF) coded by Team “A”. Any changes made to the program source code or the form are maintained in this document and will include the following information:
§ What changes were made
§ Why the changes were made
§ Who made the changes
§ When the change were made
Any change made to the original program, results in a new version number. The team member adding any revisions is responsible for adding those changes to this control sheet. ALL modifications to the original require a new version number along with description of the changes made.
Version 1.0 – PAF (Original)
q Description of original retail program: This program is a compilation of all forms, references and functions in with a front end to launch each chapter (each form) with a button click. Minor changes were made to each chapter case study within the final project such as:
o Removed menu items that were not calling a function or assigning the appropriate function to a menu item
o Checking each button to ensure that the function is working properly
o Changed the print Receipt button in the VeryVeryBoardsChap8.
