The Last Summer
What if we lived life as if we were about to die? How would we act, think, or feel? Would we live life differently? I spent most of the last summer of my grandfather's life with him. His love for us and the way he lived, has affected my life tremendously. I called this wonderful man Papaw. It is amazing to me that a single person can have such a lasting effect on my life as well as all others that he met. I have always heard the saying "One person can make a difference". Now I truly believe it.
Papaw was born on March 6, 1926 and passed away on March 9, 2004...
