David Hume, a British philosopher, is an eloquent and gifted writer. His goal in the first section of "An Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding" is to design an outline of what he considers to be the perfect philosopher. Hume has not completely disregarded Aristotelian thought ot philosophy. His point is to redirect the philosopher's acquisition of knowledge. Hume suggested that a philosopher should not live an isolated life. Hume's ideal philosopher is not detached from the world but has indulged him or herself towards feelings and observations towards the surrounding environment. Hume basis the root of all knowledge towards experience.
Hume says, "Be a philosopher, but amidst all your philosophy, be still a man." This philosophy is refered to as moral philosophy or the science of human nature. This philiosophy can divided into two parts: action, which refers to easy and obvious philosophy and reason, which refers to accurate and abstruse...
