We should stop pushing the limit of medical technology in human reproduction.
The recent advances of medical technology in human reproduction have created new opportunities for people to have babies who would not have been able to have them before. So many couples in the United State have used this technology who had been unable to become pregnant through "normal" means. In Modern human reproduction technology, a women or couple has different options to get pregnant depend on their needs and financial means. Some of the options are In vitro fertilization, artificial insemination, having a surrogate mother, and having an egg donor.
In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a reproduction technology in which an egg removed from a woman, joined with a sperm cell from a man in test tube (Right to Life). The cell fuse to form single cell called an embryo, when the embryo is only a few cell larger, it implanted in the women's uterus, and, if successful, will develop as a normal embryo. There is also another way to get pregnant, by Artificial insemination in this case, a man donates his sperm under laboratory conditions, and the sperm is then implanted in the women's womb. At first, only a couple that could not have a baby another way did this, but today this is also done through
"Sperm banks" (Right to Life). Donor insemination today is a popular option among the increasing number of women with out male partner who want to have babies before their childbearing year's end or by using the surrogate mother
