At a mansion that a girl named Lucy was staying at in the summer with her brothers and sisters lay a secret passage to Narnia, a fantastic land. One day in the summer the kids were playing hide and go seek when Lucy decided to hide in the closet (wardrobe). She walked right into Narnia without even knowing it. When Lucy went to Narnia, she met a faun named Tumnus that had tea with her and explained to Lucy about the terrible White Witch. Tumnus said that the Witch was enchanted and that she had made it so its always the wintertime in Narnia. Tumnus told Lucy he was supposed to catch humans, but somehow Lucy got the faun to let her go. When Lucy got back to the summer house (she had to go back through the wardrobe) and told her siblings about this place called Narnia, no one believed her. One of her brothers, Edmond, followed her into the wardrobe and found the mysterious land and found the White Witch. She was very nice to him and gave him food but the food was black magic which tricked Edmond into doing what she wanted. She told him to get his brothers and sisters and bring them to her...
