Planning Your PEP
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Balance - I think I am quite good at balance. I can keep stable in my stance and when I kick.
Speed - I am good at speed because I can block and counter people's attacks quite fast.
Power - I think I could improve my power a bit because I need to be able to hit harder when I use higher kicks.
Reaction Time - I am good at my reaction time because I can block a moving punch before it hits me.
Agility - I am good at agility because I can control myself when I turn quickly when doing my Kata (sequence of moves).
Co-ordination - I am good at this because I can kick and punch at the same time, even when I'm moving.
My sport and what I am hoping to improve:
My chosen sport is Karate. I think my PEP will improve my Karate because my cardiovascular fitness will have improved from it. After my PEP has been completed I hope that my kicks are higher than what they are now so therefore it would have improved my flexibility quite a bit...
